When it comes to economic considerations, Press advocates one simple message: Whether you manage a large business, or the family budget, basic household economics requires in order to maintain a sustainable budget - we must eliminate unnecessary spending. The same principal applies to the administration of a city budgets.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.”- Proverbs 29:18"
Press first coined the term “household economics” to describe his own family sustainable economic recovery plan. It is the personal responsibility of every individual, including business and government (federal, state and local) to live within a sustainable lifestyle and strive for financial independence. Politically speaking, Press believes, if our community and nation is to succeed in this ever changing world in which we live, we must embody the intent and spirit of The Declaration of Independence and The United States Constitution.

* The word advocate traces its roots to Latin, often used to describe one who is called alongside to help, to support in the sense of general good will, and to lend one’s voice to someone in need. In my case, a Community Awareness Advocate, acts on behalf of the general public to promote greater good, understanding, inclusion and awareness of the resources, opportunities and activities available within our community.
